Ticket To Play Membership Vouchers
Thank you for being an Approved Activity Provider for Ticket to Play in 2020. In response to coronavirus and the postponement of community sport, Ticket to Play was closed to the public on 2 April 2020.
The Ticket to Play website is being upgraded and the new and improved program will reopen in July 2020.
What about vouchers from the coronavirus period?
Please find attached instructions for managing Ticket to Play vouchers that were accepted before or during coronavirus.

Limited coronavirus voucher redemption
The online redemption portal remains closed to the public. However, where the following conditions are met, CSR may redeem vouchers on your behalf:
- The voucher has already been presented to your club/sport at the time of registration
- A season is confirmed as going ahead
- The child/parent has confirmed they still wish to participate
If the above conditions are met, please forward the following information to tickettoplay@communities.tas.gov.au before 12 pm on Friday 26 June 2020:
- Participant name
- Voucher code
- Full registration fee amount
- Activity provider name (club/sport)
- Season/roster start date
Ticket to Play 2020-21 – what you need to know
- Ticket to Play will now run on a financial year, starting in July 2020.
· Under the 2020-21 program, eligible children will be able to apply for a voucher regardless of whether they had one already between January and June 2020.
· Approved Activity Providers from the 2020 program will automatically be registered for the 2020-21 program, please contact us if your details need updating.
